I took over an unfinished project and led it to completion, transforming it into a clear and sellable system.

I established the visual language and specification logic that define how the product is understood — articulating profiles, mounting methods, optical configurations, and performance data in a way that is both precise and accessible.

At the system level, I aligned design, engineering, and manufacturing by simplifying product structure, reducing unnecessary customization, and optimizing SKU and assembly logic — improving efficiency across production, sales, and inventory.
